Jerry oversees the daily management of COAST Systems delivery and support, with additional responsibility for business development, accounting, finance, and overall operations. He also plays an integral role in the development of the company’s strategic initiatives, while ensuring exceptional customer focus and execution. Jerry joined COAST Systems in August 2016 as vice president of business development. Prior to that, he provided technical and business leadership across multiple software and consulting companies. He has worked in many industries, including banking, regulatory, mortgage, government, medical, manufacturing, and e-commerce. After serving in the United States Army, Jerry majored in Computer Science at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina and began his career as a software developer in large-scale banking.
Executive Vice President of Engineering
John is executive vice president of engineering and co-founder of COAST Systems with an emphasis on engineering and technical services. He brings over 30 years of experience within the plastics industry sector in many fields specializing in systems control engineering: LEAN, TPM, OEE, 5S, CMMS deployment, SPC methodologies, processing, and operations. John holds his bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering and has also completed many additional university courses and advanced education certificates focused on manufacturing engineering and plastics technologies. John also serves on the Society of Plastics Engineers Board of Directors and is a member of its Executive Committee.

As executive vice president of technology and co-founder, Paul is responsible for the design, development, and architecture of an enterprise-class, cloud-based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software package used by thousands of people in more than 40 countries around the world. As the lead software engineer, Paul is uniquely responsible for transforming cutting-edge ideas and designs into an actual usable solution. Throughout this process, Paul makes decisions on how to best scale our technology, produce the best performance from our resources, and provide the best product and service as competently as possible.
